The client's briefing
A university of masters request prices for the reform and furnishing of its new headquarters in Madrid. They request a decoration project inspired by Nordic design, enhancing clean lines, light tones and wood. It is an old 7-storey building that used to have a shelter function. They need a total reform, both in the vertical and horizontal walls.

A whole building of 7 floors, each floor of 250m2, total about 2000m2.

The client's briefing
Convert the loft intended for offices in a house. The space was completely empty, with the loose cables for the points of light, without installed kitchen etc. An extension was also requested on the first floor, to get more space for the bedroom and dressing area. A design project for the terrace was also requested, with a wooden structure. Total change of all floors, paint, tiles and change the location of the ground floor toilet.

The client's briefing
An Italian robotics company wants to expand its headquarters in Madrid. In the space there should be operative positions for seven people and a large meeting room for videoconferences. To be able to reach the level of technology, installations and lighting demands a total reform of the space. We also have to reinforce the technical floor so that it can hold the 1000kg robot.
